Jerome Martin, 94, of Cumberland, RI, passed away on Thursday March 6, 2025, in the comfort of Hope Health Hospice.

Jerome was born in Cumberland to Jerome Martins and Bernadette (Sousa) Martins on April 30, 1930. He worked as a forger for Standard Nut & Bolt for 46 years. He enjoyed working in his yard, gardening, hunting, and spending time with his grandchildren. He was involved in Gloria Gemma Breast Cancer Foundation as their oldest volunteer.

Jerome is survived by his daughter, Donna Martin Houston of Beverly Hills, Florida and his son, Daniel Martin of San Marcos, California. He lives on through his grandchildren, Lynn Houston Page and Kurt Houston; great grandchildren, Hannah Page and Philip Page; and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his wife, Mary Elizabeth Martin. He is predeceased by his mother and father as well as his thirteen brothers and sisters.

Visitation will be held at Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave. Lincoln on March 10th, 2025, from 4:00 P.M to 7:00 P.M. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at Our Lady of Fatima Church, 1 Fatima Dr. Cumberland RI on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. Please meet directly at church. Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery, 259 W Wrentham Road, Cumberland, RI.
